Description
A food supplement indicated to normalize intestinal activity (both in cases of slow and accelerated transit) and, when taken in cycles, it progressively helps the intestine to move correctly, reducing its irritability.
BENEFIBRA Liquid, which has a high vegetable fiber content per sachet (5 grams), is formulated with:
- PHGG (a natural substance extracted from the guar plant): promotes the correct development of bacterial flora and normalizes intestinal transit.

Ingredients
Purified water, soluble dietary fiber PHGG (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) 8.3%, apple flavoring; stabilizers: maltitol, sorbitol; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: acesulfame K.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day for at least 2 weeks, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. The single-dose sachet can be taken as is, with added water, or mixed with fruit juices or yogurt.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. For pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is recommended to use the product under direct medical supervision. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.
