Directions for use
From 12 years of age. Do not use orally undiluted, but on a neutral carrier (sugar, honey).
Adults: 2 drops twice a day.
Adolescents (12-17 years): 2 drops once a day.
For any other use, ask your pharmacist for advice.

Warnings
Do not use for prolonged periods (maximum 14 days). Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in case of a history of seizures or epilepsy, in asthmatics or individuals allergic to essential oils. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse with vegetable oils (e.g., olive oil), then gently with cold water and consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.

Store away from light, heat and humidity.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
