Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, together with potassium, magnesium helps maintain normal muscle function.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and normal immune system function.

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 ml), stirring well. Take up to a maximum of 2 sachets per day.
