Instructions for use:
Insert the cheek retractor. Apply a 2-3 millimeter layer of whitening gel. Carefully open a sachet of whitening activator from the top and take out the film. Apply it to cover the teeth coated with whitening gel. Apply light pressure to make the film adhere to the teeth. Insert the cold light unit into the appropriate guide located on the outside of the cheek retractor. Turn on the start switch to begin the treatment. The unit will beep when the treatment is finished, then turn it off. Repeat for 3-5 consecutive days.
