California poppy, passionflower, and valerian are useful for promoting relaxation and sleep in cases of stress; hawthorn and lemon balm are useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Passionflower, hawthorn, lemon balm, L-theanine, California poppy, valerian, lemon balm, Crataegus Phytosome.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml twice a day, directly under the tongue.
11 drops correspond to the 0.5 ml mark on the internal dropper.
The product can optionally be diluted in a small amount of water. To promote nocturnal rest, it is recommended to take it in the evening. Shake before use.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
