Food supplement with plant extracts, magnesium and L-theanine.
California poppy and passionflower are useful for promoting relaxation and sleep in case of stress; ashwagandha and hawthorn are useful for mental well-being.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, edible gelatin, hawthorn phospholipid {72% sunflower lecithin, 28% hawthorn [Crataegus monogyna Jacq., Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] flowers and leaves d.e.} tit. 3% total flavonoids as vitexin, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers d.e. tit. 3.5% total flavonoids as vitexin, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb d.e. tit. 0.20% protopine, ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] root d.e. tit. 2.5% withanolides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; L-theanine from Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze; colourants: E131, E151.
