Description
Dietary fiber supplement based on psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk) and hyaluronic acid. Wild berry flavor. Sugar-free. It increases intestinal transit, stool quality, and the propulsive quantity of the colon significantly more than preparations consisting of fiber alone. It does not cause irritation to intestinal physiology.

Ingredients
Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata Forsk, seed husk), Hyaluronic acid (sodium salt), flavorings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: acesulfame K; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, away from meals, in cycles of 2 weeks followed by a 2-week break and another 2 weeks of treatment.
For children over 3 years of age, it is recommended to halve the doses.
Dissolve the content in a glass of water (200 ml) or other non-carbonated drinks, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
To promote progressive intestinal regularity, it is advisable to drink adequate amounts of water throughout the day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Storage
Store at room temperature (not above 25 °C). Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
