Royal jelly is a gelatinous, colloidal suspension that is yellowish-white in color, slightly sour in taste, low in sugar, and has a phenolic odor. It is secreted by the hypopharyngeal glands of young nurse bees (bees aged between 5 and 14 days). Secretion only occurs when temperature and feeding conditions are favorable. Royal Jelly is considered one of the most complete natural foods, being rich in proteins, lipids, sugars, B vitamins, particularly pantothenic acid (vit. B5), and numerous other components, generically defined as "minor components," present in small quantities, but actually very important for the overall action of this complex beehive product, i.e., trace elements, enzymes, hormonally active substances, etc. The proteins in Royal Jelly are considered to have very high biological value, with a significant presence of essential amino acids.

Water 66%, carbohydrates 13%, proteins 10%, lipids 6%, vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, H, PP, trace elements: potassium, iron, calcium, copper, silicon, phosphorus, amino acids: arginine, histidine, phenylalanine, lysine, tryptophan, cystine, methionine, threonine, leucine, isoleucine, valine, glutamic acid.

Instructions for use
One measuring spoonful per day, in the morning before breakfast.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. It is not genuine unless it is acidic and thick like a cream.

Storage
It must be stored in the dark, in the refrigerator from 0° to +5° to maintain its properties unchanged.
