A dietary food intended for special medical purposes, providing a mixture of amino acids that are metabolic mediators of protein synthesis, intended for the dietary treatment of protein malnutrition in acute and chronic conditions, accompanied by loss of muscle mass, and in senile or neoplastic sarcopenia.
It consists of qualitatively and quantitatively well-defined essential amino acids which, by improving nutritional status, help to maintain physical autonomy, reducing the risk of frailty, especially in the elderly. Thanks to its pleasant palatability, it is suitable for the diet of both subjects requiring enteral nutrition and subjects with normal swallowing function, also facilitating the transition from enteral to oral nutrition.
Proper nutrition is the only way to limit and correct metabolic changes related to any medical and surgical illness. A crucial point of adequate nutrition is exercise tolerance, which is essential for maintaining or improving motor autonomy, self-sufficiency, and quality of life: nutrition with a rehabilitative function.
The nutritional approach with AMINOTROFIC NE is based on consolidated clinical results, which demonstrate a significant increase in exercise tolerance. AMINOTROFIC NE:
1) improves muscle metabolism, making energy production more efficient;
2) increases the synthesis of muscle and plasma proteins;
3) counteracts muscle mass loss.
Thanks to these actions, resulting from an increase in the number and functionality of mitochondria, AMINOTROFIC NE promotes the restoration of muscle mass lost due to chronic diseases or advanced age and the recovery of motor activity. Clinical studies show that AMINOTROFIC NE can replace physical rehabilitation if it is not feasible, or it can enhance its results.
Supplementation with AMINOTROFIC NE is recommended in the following situations:
1) reduced physical capacity or easy fatigue;
2) unplanned weight loss;
3) insufficient daily intake of foods containing high biological value proteins (e.g., meat, cheese, milk, eggs);

Instructions for use
Minimum recommended dosage: 1-2 sachets per day or as directed by a doctor, preferably between main meals.
Enteral administration.
Preparation:
1) pour the contents of one sachet into a suitable and dry container, disperse in 100/140 ml of water at room temperature or slightly lukewarm;
2) mix until the product is completely dispersed;
3) flush the tube with 30 ml of water before and after administering the product;
4) administer using a syringe of at least 60 ml.
Do not mix the product with other enteral nutrition formulas in the same bag. Do not use the product parenterally.
Oral administration.
Preparation:
1) pour the contents of one sachet into a dry glass;
2) add water at room temperature or slightly lukewarm and mix until the product is completely dispersed.
Consume immediately after preparation.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly stored.
