Directions for use
Dissolve the powder in a quantity of liquid (water, tea, herbal teas) proportionate to the desired consistency.
The liquid should not exceed room temperature.
For better mixing, it is preferable to use a blender.
Let it rest for a few minutes.
The preparation should be consumed slowly.
Quantity: considering that the average daily protein requirement is around g/kg of ideal body weight, the maximum recommended intake (3 sachets) is 45 g, which represents about 60% of the requirement for a 70 kg individual.
In the case of hypocaloric diets, the calculation of daily protein intake is up to the Doctor, taking into account the initial state and the goals to be achieved.
