Aluneb iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to be nebulized using an aerosol device, nasal douche, and MAD Nasal, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol, with a decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucous membranes.
Particularly indicated for cleaning the nasal passages, especially in cases of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and all states of nasal mucous membrane congestion.

Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract.
It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance, alleviating all those symptoms related to inflammatory, allergenic, and environmental factors.

MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for nebulizing topical solutions intranasally.
It allows for topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities and enables rapid administration of the Aluneb solution through nebulization into particles with a diameter of 30-100 microns, ideal for therapy of the upper airways.
MAD Nasal is a device used in pre-hospital and emergency settings for the intranasal administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants, and pain relievers.
Thanks to its soft conical adapter, it ensures a seal on the nostril and ergonomically adapts to the nostrils of adults and children.
The malleable tube allows for 180° positioning of the conical adapter.

Facilitates breathing, feeding, and sleep in infants.

Instructions for use
Wash hands before and after using the medical device.
Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is sealed.
Open the single-dose vial by twisting the flap.
Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer ampoule or into the MAD Nasal syringe as per the MAD Nasal instructions for use.
Children from 1 year and adults: nebulize 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a pneumatic nebulizer and traditional ampoule.
Infants under 1 year of age: instill a few drops into the nostrils before feeding or before sleeping.
For MAD Nasal and nasal douche:
Children from 1 year: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary, it can be administered, via nasal douche or MAD Nasal for an extended period.
