Aluneb nasal gel is a medical device based on patented ialurosomes of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and vitamin E with a humectant and moisturizing action in cases of dryness and inflammation of the nasal mucosa.
The gel is characterized by high mucoadhesiveness and prolonged "in situ" residence, properties that make it an adequate complement to reintegrate the liquid film that covers the nasal mucosa. Thanks to its delicate formulation, it is indicated in all cases of irritated nose due to rhinorrhea caused by colds and various forms of rhinitis.
Recommended in case of dryness and atrophy of the nasal mucosa due to pathological conditions (allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis).
Helps reduce the consequences of epistaxis, even of traumatic origin.
After pharmacological treatments (decongestants, corticosteroids, antihistamines), in contact with external irritating agents (dust, smoke, smog, pollen, or microorganisms).
Promotes the repair processes of the nasal mucosa after surgery.
Facilitates endoscopic examinations and/or tamponade maneuvers.
Prevents irritation and lesions of the nasal mucosa resulting from prolonged use of nasal cannulas for oxygen therapy.

Patented formula based on a new lipid-polymer technology (Ialurosomi) with hyaluronic acid, which enhances the moisturizing, soothing, and re-epithelializing action of panthenol and vitamin E.

Instructions for use
Apply 3 or 4 times a day as needed.
Gently massage the base of the nose externally to evenly distribute the gel inside.
Aluneb nasal gel can be used frequently and for long periods.
In case of irritation of the perinasal area, also apply the product to the skin around the nostrils.
The product should be applied after thorough cleaning of the nose using saline solutions.
In case of therapy with drugs such as decongestants, corticosteroids, and antihistamines, apply the product 10-15 minutes after the pharmacological treatment.
