Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, L-tryptophan, turmeric, vitamin B5, B6, chromium picolinate, zinc and vitamin C.
Specifically: vitamin B5 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue; chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; zinc helps maintain normal blood testosterone levels; vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Lipoic acid (anti-caking agent: talc; emulsifier: ethylcellulose); bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; stabilizer: ethylcellulose); L-tryptophan, CurQfen [(Curcuma longa L.) rhizome d.e. titrated to 35% in total curcuminoids, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum L.) seed d.e.]; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate; colorants: calcium carbonate, iron oxides and iron hydroxides.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 Almetax tablets daily, after main meals.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product, it is advisable to consult a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia.
