Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules daily with a large glass of water after meals. Swallow whole without chewing or opening.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended doses. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a doctor before using the product. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of known sensitivity to one or more components of the product. In case of alterations in liver or biliary function or gallstones, the use of the product is not recommended. If you are taking medication, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Sugar-free product, can be taken by coeliacs and lactose intolerant individuals.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in its intact packaging and correctly stored.
