Sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, sodium citrate, zinc gluconate.

Naturally lactose-free and gluten-free.

Directions for use
Dissolve 2 teaspoons per day in a glass of water and drink slowly (1 teaspoon 2 hours after lunch, 1 teaspoon 2 hours after dinner).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product may not dissolve completely in water but appear as a cloudy suspension: this does not affect the quality and properties of the product.
