Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, vitamins and selenium. ALAnerv's composition is a combination of alpha-lipoic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, B vitamins, vitamin E and selenium. Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin E and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid (thioctic acid), borage (Borago officinalis L.) oil with 22% GLA, food gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; fatty acid triglycerides; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol in sunflower oil); humectant: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; emulsifier: soy lecithin; B vitamin complex: pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin); colorants: iron oxides and hydroxides, calcium carbonate, curcumin; sodium selenite.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1–2 capsules per day, preferably taken in a single dose.
