Description
Food supplement of Ubiqsome (terclathrated coenzyme Q10), vitamins, choline, ginger, Lactium, and Ginkgoselect Phytosome.
Vitamin E and vitamin B2 in the formulation help protect cells from oxidative stress. Ginger helps reduce feelings of nausea.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, sorbitol; Ubiqsome (coenzyme Q10, maltodextrins, sunflower lecithin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, silicon dioxide), choline bitartrate, Lactium (hydrolyzed milk proteins), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vegetable fiber, Ginkgoselect Phytosome (soy phospholipids, Ginkgo biloba L. dry extract, leaves); stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium carbonate, calcium phosphates; ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc. rhizome titrated in gingerols) d.e., vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin); colorants: iron oxides, copper complexes of chlorophyllins; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, with a little water.
If the tablet is broken, the characteristic "pungent" taste you experience is due to the presence of ginger.
