Citicoline helps promote the synthesis of phospholipids and lecithin, increase blood flow in the cerebral microcirculation, and correct altered blood lipoprotein profiles. Ubiquinol, a bioavailable metabolite of coenzyme Q10, possesses antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing properties, thus helping to preserve cell integrity.
