Description
VivaDiag COVID-19 lgM/IgG Rapid Test è un test diagnostico in vitro for the determination qualitativa degli anticorpi lgM e lgG antiCOVID-19 nel sangue umano intero (prelevato from vena o dal polpastrello), nel serum o nel plasma. The kit comprende the device for the test ed the buffer. È from considerarsi solo for uso diagnostico in vitro e può essere utilizzato nell'ambito of test point-of-care (POCT) e nei laboratories centralizzati.
The test si basa sulla tecnologia of immunoassay. The device contains: 1) Swab coniugato: antigene ricombinante of the SARS-CoV-2 coniugato with gold colloidale ed un anticorpo of control marcato with gold. 2) Membrana of NitroCellulosa: dotata of due bande of rilevazione (banda for lgG e banda for lgM) ed una banda for the control qualità (banda C). The banda for lgM, rivestita with anticorpi monoclonali lgM of ratto anti-men rileva gli anticorpi lgM anti-COVID-19. Quando the campione of sangue/serum/plasma viene immesso nel pozzetto of the device, the campione comincerà a scorrere in avanti lungo the device. Se entrambe the bande IgG o IgM do not si coloreranno, the result of the test sarà negativo. How to use
Procedura for effettuare the test:
1) estrarre the kit for the test e lasciarlo almeno 30 minutes nella stanza dove verrà effettuato the test;
2) posizionare l'apparecchiatura for the test su una surface pulita e free from powder;
3) inserire dapprima 10?L of sangue intero o serum o plasma nella zona riservata to the sangue (nel pozzetto) presente sul test, poi apply due drops (circa 60-80?L) of buffer dentro to the pozzetto;
4) leggere the result after 15 minutes.
Interpretazione dei results:
1. L'anticorpo lgM anti- COVID-19 viene rilevato se: the banda C of the control qualità e the banda lgM si sono entrambe colorate e the banda lgG do not si colora. Questo significa che l'anticorpo lgM anti- COVID-19 è positivo.
2. L'anticorpo lgG anti- COVID-19 viene rilevato se: the banda C of the control qualità e the banda lgG si sono entrambe colorate e the banda lgM do not si colora. Questo significa che l'anticorpo COVID-19 lgG è positivo.
3. Gli anticorpi lgG ed lgM anti- COVID-19 vengono rilevati se: the banda C, the banda lgG e the banda lgM sono all e tre colorate. Questo significa che gli anticorpi lgG e lgM anti- COVID-19 sono entrambi positivi.
- Result negativo: gli anticorpi lgG e lgM anti- COVID-19 do not vengono rilevati se si colora soltanto the banda C of the control qualità ma do not si colorano the bande lgG e lgM, questo significa che the test è negativo.
- Result do not-valido: se the banda C of the control qualità do not si colora, indipendentemente se the bande lgG e lgM si colorino oppure no, the result do not è valido ed occorre cominciare daccapo the test.

Warnings
For uso diagnostico in vitro. Avoid contact with gli eyes e with the skin. In caso of fuoriuscita of reagenti lavare abbondantemente with water before dello smaltimento. Se viene applicato with the pipetta the sangue prelevato dal polpastrello, bisogna pulire the resto of the sangue sul polpastrello with una wipe imbevuta of alcohol.
Limiti d'utilizzo:
-The result of the test do not può essere utilizzato for the diagnosi of the COVID-19. The test è from considerarsi un aiuto nella diagnosi dell'infezione from virus COVID-19. Ogni campione che risulta positivo with the COVID-19 deve essere confermato from altri metodi analitici. Storage
