Class I Medical Device.
Oral gel for topical use, ideal for canker sores and inflammation of the oral cavity. Natural protection with an astringent and soothing action. Contains Zinc Chloride, Lactoferrin, Prostrength, and Hyaluronic Acid.
Zinc Chloride provides an astringent action on mucous membranes and reduces gum bleeding; it also promotes the rapid resolution of canker sores. Lactoferrin is the most important protein in saliva: it removes salivary iron from bacteria, inhibiting bacterial multiplication in the oral cavity. The action of Lactoferrin is enhanced by the presence of Prostrength. Hyaluronic Acid performs its soothing, hydrating, and protective action on oral tissues.
Does not contain alcohol. pH 4.5-5.5.
Directions for use
Topical use: apply the gel directly to the area using its convenient applicator tip. Apply the gel directly to the affected area or oral inflammation. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse.
For periodontal pockets or subgingival inflammation, after proper daily oral hygiene, apply Forhans AftaBrand Plus Oral Gel onto a damp toothbrush and massage the affected area. Repeat the operation at least twice a day for one week, after main meals and after oral cleaning, until symptoms disappear.
