D-chiro inositol, edible gelatin, flax seed e.s. (Linum usitatissimum L.), sweet potato tuber e.s. [Ipomea Batatas (L.) Poir], lagerstroemia leaves e.s. (Lagerstroemia speciosa L. Pers.), zinc gluconate; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; vitamin B12, vitamin B6, folic acid.
