Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, diosgenin, vitamin D, and alpha-lactalbumin, with sweeteners.
Useful for providing an additional intake of its constituent nutrients in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need. Wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) counteracts menstrual cycle discomfort.

Ingredients
Myo-inositol; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; wild yam (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome dry extract titrated to 20% in diosgenin, flavorings, alpha-lactalbumin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, talc; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take two stick packs per day between meals, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or by dissolving the contents in a glass of water, stirring well.
