Shortbread biscuit with gluten-free cereals, specifically formulated for coeliacs.

Ingredients
Cereal flours 27.2% (corn flour 17%, rice flour 10.2%), corn starch, potato starch, sugar, sunflower oil, soy flour 3.4%, crispy rice 2.2% (rice flour, sunflower oil), eggs, whole buckwheat flour 1.7%, puffed amaranth 1.4%, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 1.4%, honey; raising agents: ammonium carbonates and sodium carbonates, flavourings, salt.
May contain milk.

Gluten-free.
