STERILE URINE CONTAINER FOR VACUUM TUBE COLLECTION

Container intended for urine collection. Graduated up to 100 ml. Airtight screw cap with integrated device for vacuum tube collection. Supplied with self-adhesive label.

Instructions for use
Wash your hands with soap before collection.
Open the protective wrapper.
Do not remove the protective label on the container cap: there is a needle under the label, risk of puncture.
Unscrew the container cap without touching the inside of the container or the cap with your hands.
Collect the first urine of the morning or follow your doctor's instructions. Do not urinate into the needle compartment under the label.
Close the container by screwing the cap on tightly.
Write your details on the label provided in the box and apply it to the container.
Deliver to the laboratory.

Warnings
Do not remove the adhesive label on the cap either before or after filling the container: there is a needle under the label, risk of puncture.
Do not urinate into the needle compartment.
Do not open the package before use.
Do not use expired product.
Do not use the product if the package is damaged, sterility guaranteed with an intact package.
Do not touch the inside of the cap or container to avoid compromising sterility.
Do not reuse, single-use device.

Storage
Store in a dry place, minimum temperature -10°C, maximum +50°C.
Dispose of according to current regulations.

120 ml sterile container in single package.
