ENTEROSGEL è un adsorbente intestinale oral (enterosorbente) composed from un mineral organico, in grado of adsorbire nell’intestino alcune substances tossiche e nocive (for esempio endotossine e enterotossine), che lega fisicamente sulla propria surface, reducing the frequenza dei movimenti intestinali e the durata of the diarrhea.

How to use
- Take the dose necessaria of ENTEROSGEL appena si osservano feci molli.

7–14 anni: 10 g (circa 2 cucchiaini) from diluire in 50-100 ml of water, 3 times to the day.
15 anni e adults: from 15 g a 22,5 g (circa 1 cucchiaio) from diluire in 200 ml of water, 3 times to the day.
Durata of the treatment with ENTEROSGEL
- 3–5 days in caso of diarrhea acuta.
- Fino a 30 days nei casi of Sindrome dell’Intestino Irritabile with diarrhea, with un intervallo tra un ciclo of treatment e l’altro of almeno 3 days.
- Consultare the doctor before of somministrare a children of age inferiore ai 3 anni.
- All’inizio of the treatment (day 1) è possibile raddoppiare the before dose e poi continuare with una singola dose after ogni evacuazione, fino ad un massimo of 8 doses nella before giornata.
- During the treatment of the diarrhea cronica è possibile adattare the dosaggio in base to the consistency of the feci e to the frequenza of the scariche diarroiche.
- The somministrazione può essere aumentata a 2 doses, fino a 3 times to the day, in caso of feci liquide o ridotta a 1 dose to the day, se the consistency of the feci è normal. È possibile take un massimo of 6 doses to the day.
- Interrompere the treatment with ENTEROSGEL se do not si hanno evacuazioni for 1-2 days; aumentare l’intake of water e riprendere the treatment after the successiva evacuazione.

Ingredients
Polimetilsilossano poliidrato (hydrogel dell’acid metilsilicico) 70%, water purificata 30%.

Warnings
Do not use ENTEROSGEL:
- se si stanno assumendo medicinali a rilascio modificato for via oral;
- nel caso of atonia intestinale o of occlusione intestinale (constipation grave dovuta a ostruzione intestinale);
- in caso of intolleranza to the product accertata during un precedente use.
• Do not take ENTEROSGEL meno of due ore before o after aver assunto farmaci for via oral. ENTEROSGEL può interferire with l’absorption of alcuni farmaci somministrati for via oral. Se state assumendo farmaci, chiedete tip to the vostro doctor o to the pharmacist before of take ENTEROSGEL.
• In caso of diarrhea prolungata, before of take ENTEROSGEL, è necessario consultare the doctor for una corretta diagnosi of the condizione of partenza.
• Nei children, nel treatment of the diarrhea, è consigliabile accompagnare the somministrazione of ENTEROSGEL with adeguata amount of liquidi, eventualmente of solution reidratante oral, for prevenire fenomeni of disidratazione.
• Negli adults si consiglia, during the treatment with ENTEROSGEL, l’intake of liquidi o of solution reidratante oral to the fine of garantire una corretta hydration.
• Do not exceed the periodo of treatment recommended e do not take ENTEROSGEL contemporaneamente ad alimenti for do not interferire with l’absorption of vitamins o of substances nutritive.
• Se the diarrhea dura più of 2 days, è necessario consultare the doctor.
• In presenza of fever, sangue nelle feci, sintomi of disidratazione, 6 o più evacuazioni nelle ultime 24 ore, diarrhea e vomito, oppure pain addominali forti e persistenti, consultare the doctor, soprattutto se si tratta of children.
• Do not exceed the dose recommended e do not exceed the periodo of treatment recommended.
• Consultare the doctor se si stanno assumendo altri adsorbenti intestinali, for esempio preparati che contengono carbone active, argilla o caolino. The doctor potrebbe consigliare of do not utilizzarli contemporaneamente a ENTEROSGEL.
• ENTEROSGEL do not è indicated for l’uso in caso of intossicazione chimica acuta o sovradosaggio of farmaci.
• Do not use after the expiry date indicated sulla package.
ENTEROSGEL può essere assunto also during the pregnancy e l’breastfeeding. Si consiglia of consultare the doctor in caso of malessere during the pregnancy o l’breastfeeding. Consultare the doctor before of take ENTEROSGEL.

Storage
ENTEROSGEL do not deve essere utilizzato after the expiry date riportata sulla package.
Conservare ENTEROSGEL a una temperatura compresa tra 4 °C e 30 °C.
